A-, A, A+ = 90 - 100%

B-, B, B+ = 80 - 89%

C, C+ = 70 - 79%

D = 60 - 69%

E = 0 - 59%

**Make-up policy:** No
make-up exams will be given without notification.

Also, no late homework will be accepted for grading.
